New for 2025: CMS Recurring Giving

Thank you for considering a direct donation to the CMS PTO. With your support, we can continue to enrich the lives of your community’s elementary students and their educators.

This year, we’re launching a Recurring Giving Program to help sustain and grow our impact throughout the school year. By becoming a monthly donor, you help provide steady, reliable funding that allows us to plan better and do more for our kids. We invite you to choose a giving level that fits your family:

🎈 Supporter – $5/month or a one-time payment of $50

Covers classroom supplies for one student for the year.

🌟 Champion – $10/month or a one-time payment of $100

Helps fund student enrichment activities, like field trips (including transportation), extracurricular clubs, and other activities.

🍎 Advocate – $15/month or a one-time payment of $150

Provides meaningful staff appreciation events and helps cover costs for special school-wide activities and CMS Cares.

🏆 Leader – $20/month or a one-time payment of $200

Drives larger initiatives like technology upgrades, playground improvements, or other school requests.
